What’s in my Mailbox | Ramping up the donor love

September 9, 2015

Whatsinmymailbox

Care Ring, a nonprofit organization providing access to medical and dental care to the uninsured and underinsured, wins with this donor-focused Fall appeal letter.

What I liked:

  • In a few short words, we get Calvin’s powerful story. “It’s a matter of life or death…we’re starting treatment today.”
  • The focus is on you, the donor. Calvin’s story had a happy ending – and you’re the reason why.
  • Care Ring’s ask focuses on what your gift can make possible
  • They’ve made giving easy

Care Ring was a participant in last year’s Direct Mail Masterclass course. Enrollment is open now. Click to learn more.
